I woke up before 7am this morning. I love to wake up early on the weekends have a good brakfast read a book and after that start my day with a sweaty workout. Thats the perfect Sunday for me nothing makes me feel as bad as waking up on Sundays with a hangover. I hate it! Im not a big drinker so when I go out to have a drink or two I still get a hangover and my brain wont cooperate with me all day, is like a punishment.
I have my oatmeal with, blueberries, banana, peanut butter, almond milk and hot lemon/ginger tea for breakfast, yummy! We don't have any big plans for the day, is too cold for us to go out so I guess we will make some dinner later, watch a movie and head off to bed since I have a early wake up call tomorrow. Now I need to eat my breakfast and go to the gym.
